The corporate office is located in Kuwait. The management provides leadership to its various Strategic Business Units (SBU) and also directs the internal functions of Finance, Information Technology, Business Planning and Development, Internal Audit & Control and Communications.

The corporate management also undertakes a periodic review of policies and practices of the organization and its subsidiaries to ensure they are in synergy with the organization's vision, mission and values.

Management is headed by the Partners, Business Advisor and the Executive Management

All Business Units of Al Qabandi are independent to plan and perform their activities. However, corporate office ensures that each business unit has adequate processes to execute the set tasks and are always aligned to the corporate ethics and values.
